Active Orders
Instructions on how to view and manage currently open orders in the RestIQ system.

At any point during your shift, you can check the status of all ongoing orders in the restaurant. To do this, follow these steps:
On the main screen, tap the menu button located in the top right corner.

From the drop-down menu, select the "Active Orders" (აქტიური შეკვეთები) button.

The screen will display a comprehensive list of all currently open, unsettled orders. Here you can view detailed information for each order, including the table number, current status (e.g., "new order," "pre-check printed"), opening time, total amount, and the assigned staff member.
